The recipients, who were selected by a special committee at the Executive Education Team in New York among 22 applicants, are:
María José Pérez Villa (MSE’15), Director of Finance and Development at Universidad Católica’s School of Engineering.
Paula Estevez (MSE’06), Head of International Affairs Ministry of Energy.
Katherine Lama (MPA’16), Chief of Staff to the Vice-Minister of Trade.
Isabel Aninat (LLM’13), Researcher at Centro de Estudios Públicos (CEP).
Rosario Palacios (MSUP’00), Associate researcher at Universidad Católica.
These scholarships cover tuition and roundtrip airfare.
The participants will learn time-tested techniques and practical ideas which women can apply immediately to their careers and that can help combat performance-limiting biases. They will network with likeminded colleagues, and will learn applicable skills for an immediate impact on their career and organizations.
