Thomas Trebat to deliver keynote speech at Oil and Gas Conference taking place at FGV

The Rio Center Director, Thomas Trebat, will deliver the keynote speach at the international conference "Public Policy for Oil and Gas and its Impact on the Social and Economic Development of Brazil", which will be hosted by the School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE) of Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Dr. Trebat's keynote will be on thursday, December 3rd, at 7pm.
