The Columbia Global Center| Rio de Janeiro is pleased to inform you of a recent agreement with the State of Rio de Janeiro through the State´s research funding agency, known as FAPERJ. 

The ceremony took place at the Guanabara Palace, home of the governor of Rio de Janeiro state, where President Lee C. Bollinger launched the eighth global center of the network exactly a year ago.

Columbia University has announced the second Request for Proposals for the President’s Global Innovation Fund.  

President Lee C. Bollinger has announced plans to provide grants to faculty members to leverage and engage Columbia’s Global Center network.
